Awww, thank you very much for the support, sweetie....hey you know, I think you might be the first one to notice the Eeto-Chay reference!
|
Way to go Blugirrl and sarah :bravo:
BTW Eeto-Chays were one of my favorite snacks but I always felt sick after eating them so I had to give them up...:( |
well i must have celebrated the wrong way because boom it went back to 182 this morning. but i am keeping my fingers crossed that it is water weight that will go away. while i have been lazy the good thing is i just don't keep junk/ and or a lot of food around to pig out on.

Well I am back down to what I weighed last week after my weekend dessert binge :)

I didn't eat any treats over Easter, but my weightloss has still slowed to a crawl, which doesn't surprise me because I've doubled my workouts. More muscle. I'm getting hard as a rock but I've still got about 15 - 20 pounds of flab on top, especially around the abdomen. It's soooooooo much easier for me to build muscle than it is to lose fat.
And while it's true more muscle does burn more calories, I find it's not enough to really rip me down. I'm starting to get tempted to the low-carb thing, but I've always had trouble with that in the past-- it doesn't seem to give me enough energy for hard workouts every day. And I don't want to just lower calories, (I'm at about 1400 - 1600 now) that's really hard on my body. So I guess what I'm saying is, I'm not quite sure how to proceed. Stay the course, which has worked for the last 50+ pounds, or try something new? :dunno: |
