Snk: 1 stalk of celery with laughing cow cheese; 24 oz crystal light

L: tossed salad with 2 oz roast beef, 1 oz lf cheese, 2tbs low sugar dressing; 1/2 cup carrots with 1 tbsp roasted red pepper dip

snk: sugar free jello; 24 oz crystal light

D: same as lunch; water

snk: 4 chunks of pineapple, 2 "1 point" cookies; 2 oz lf cheese
