not so much a journal as on observation. last week i ate somewhat better than used to be but still processed foods, starting feeling sluggish and grumpy and tired scale went up 3 pounds. last 4 days i have ate au nautral and have more energy and the scale starting going back down. lot of baby spinach, tomatoes, black beans... i felt so full yesterday from it, i turned my nose up at cake.. gasp. cake can u believe that?
