Thursday:
Thanks Noodles! It was pretty darned tasty- so much that I am having the leftovers for dinner before going to dance class tonight
1 packet banana bread flavoured oatmeal
1 coffee with cream and sugar
Salad of romaine lettuce, tomato, raw brocolli, cheese, lean ham, and low sugar dressing
1 can of V-8
15 cashews
2 triangles of laughing cow cheese with celery
2 16 oz glasses of water
Dinner tonight: again
grilled chicken with mushrooms, fresh garlic, onions and steamed broccoli
served over 1 cup wholewheat pasta and tossed with a little olive oil and parmesan cheese.
side salad of romaine lettuce with bacon bits and low sugar ceasar dressing
1 can of fresca
snack:
1 cup of light hot chocolate with a few marshmallows
