Default Need Recipe Builder

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for a tool that will let me create my food creations and then I can plug in the elements and get the nutritional content.

I was hoping that fitday had that tool that did that, but I cant find it. I have been using and exel sheet and looking up each individual componenet, take forever.

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated!!!

rb

If you want software, and not an online service, Mastercook is great. I use it for all of the recipes on site. My only complaint is that it doesn't provide sugar content.

Fitday does work for me to figure out recipes. You need to choose an "empty day", put in your ingredients and then transcribe the results to "add Custom Food". I am seriously considering Mastercook as this is so time consuming!

ruth, i was actually using fitday and pulling up each ingredient and then entering it inot an excel sheet, then entering it in as a custom food...also very time consuming...

will check out the otheroptions next week.
