Ran for 35 minutes, it was warm and very humid (96%!!) so that was it for me. I went home and lay on the couch after that! Next run Saturday morning.

A much better run this morning, 50 minutes. Ideal weather for it - dry, cool and sunny.

If moving furniture counts as exercise then I am in :lol: otherwise I will be walking to my WW meeting tonight and then home again for a total of about 1 hour of walking :)

Three plus hours of VERY hard gardening... digging, weeding, raking. My arms feel like noodles. I'm exhausted. :faint:

An hour long walk around the park, with the baby. Who is almost walking himself. all though rather wobbly. :)

FIVE hours working in the gardens yesterday... four hours today. My body aches, but I can tell I am getting stronger and have more endurance. :strong:
