OMG! Last night before bed I had two slices of bread (12 grain) with butter and brown sugar on them I am regressing to childhood!
|
I feel for ya sister! Seems like I am on a constant binge-and-feel-bad-because-I-don't-have-the-nerve-to-purge cycle. It's not even good yummy stuff either! Sooo easy to tell myself that I can eat junk today because tomorrow is a new day and I can start then. Gotta knock that off.

Ugh... for the past 2.5 weeks, I have done nothing but eat, eat & lie around the house. No keeping track of what I'm eating, no exercise & generally feeling sorry for myself.
I find, for me, there are two keys for staying on track... I must exercise every day (this keeps me away from my evening binge habits about 95% of the time) and also coming here and posting... I guess it keeps me accountable for my actions? So... here I am... the ultimate anonymous pig - back & ready to start over!! I've kept up with my eating on Fitday.com today, I've posted here & I fully intend to workout as soon as I get home tonight. Whew. I feel better now. :) |
Aha! So THAT'S where you've been Lunula... on the couch!!
Get in here and get losing again, sweetie!! :grouphug: |

Easter Sunday...
Third place after Thanksgiving and Christmas for the worst eating days in a given year. Today was not entirely too bad but considering that I spent ALL weekend with my family and we ate bad at every meal, then I seriously need to get my body back into the habit of eating better. |
Snarfed back 8 little slices of french bread with butter after our guests left yesterday. Just found some sharp pieces of bread crust in my bra.
|
Nanaimo bars, dried cranberries, leftover lasagna, mini cheesecakes, Smarties....the list goes on. However, clean eating since Sunday.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm----another canadian here---sometimes they call the Bridge Mixture "Grand Slam Mix" at the Bulk Barn!!--- I love maple buds and macaroons {the sort of maple buds with coconut in them} too--and Glossettes of course--peanut or raisin----Shania Twain was complaining that they don't have Dill Pickle Chips in the US ---can this be true?????? i love those as well---ANYway------i was going to take a bag of bridge mixture to one of my craft classes to 'share'---i figured i could eat the whole bag no problem on my own---the only thing that stopped me was figuring out the total calories for the not so big bag was ONE THOUSAND!!!!---- THAT STOPPED ME IN MY TRACKS FOR A SECOND----fortunately they have little boxes with only 250 cals in them as well!!!! nice chatting!!!
|
Bagzz, thank you for that information. It's a nice round number to remember. I wonder if I will ever again ask my husband to pick me up a bag of bridge mixture. yeesh!!
