  • I walked for 45 minutes. I took all 3 with me to the park. We walked there-10 minutes, then they played on the playground while I walked the walk path 4 times and then we walked home! I am so happy!!!! Maybe I can get back to my old loosing self!
  • 20 minute walk to class
    1 1/2 hours of bellydancing
    20 minute walk home

  • I wandered around the mall for 4 hours yesterday. Does that count?
  • Are you kidding, Squeak? ANYTHING counts!!!
  • I walked to get my newspaper instead of sending the kids on their bikes. 20 minute walk for me!!!
  • 1 hour on the treadmill. 45 minutes at 3.5 mph, 10 at 3.0, 5 at 2.5. 3.25 miles.
  • Saturday March 8th

    1 hour of kick boxing at my gym. I thought I was going to die! But I finished the class. Today...my butt hurts big time! LOL
  • Woohoo! Way to go chicks!

    I practiced my bellydance shimmees for 1/2 an hour this morning while DH was still in bed.
  • Chris came home in a bad mood from work. He was required to write up his whole crew and take away their bonus. His mood rubbed off on me, so I made dinner, put on my shoes and went for a brisk 30 minute walk.
  • 25 measly situps and 15 wussie girl pushups. *argh*

    Aerobic Interval- 20 min
    Lower body W/O- Know I shouldn't double up like this but I was afraid to miss lifting tommorow due to a meeting at work

  • I walked to walmart, got there 20 minutes too early, walked the store, the garden section, and then back to the phamacy. Had a couple minute break while in line but that was it and I was still standing! We walked home a longer way cause there was no way I would be able to walk thru the park twice without stopping! So count me in for 1 hour 20 minute walk today.
    I do hate the curbs in this town. None of them slope for wheelchairs or strollers. It is a workout just to get the stroller up and down. My arms are gonna hurt tomorrow. Tomorrw I walk after dinner with no stroller!!!
  • Walked (25 minutes) to the gym today and worked out for an hour. Then walked home (15 minutes).
  • walked 40 minutes, 3.5 mph.
  • March 11th
    Aerobic Interval for 20 min
    Pedometer-4500 steps and my evening at work has just begun. Maybe I do walk around the planet at work?
