    Weight is the same. But then once I started to get better, I was eating but still lying around a lot. Hopefully this week will be better.
  • Damn it! Up to 210 and BGL was 8.8 this morning. So much for metformin helping decrease blood sugar levels and help in weightloss. I see the doc next week and have a few questions!
  • Well I am 159 lbs this week. I am starting at the gym tonight after work so hopefully this will help get me to goal
  • I am so happy!
    I am down another pound and a half this week! That puts me at 184.5... finally under that 185 mark. Now I have lost a total of 13.5 pounds... I can hardly believe it!! That means I have already lost 4 pounds since the beginning of the year, so I have already met my January goal. I hope to still lose a few more before I leave for Thailand.

  • Still stuck at 156. Not great, but not bad since I at take out Tues - Friday of last week.
  • 190. This is the week I go into the 180's and never look back.

    Trying to figure out whats wrong? A bit of water retention?
