Okay, start with me, please.
I've gained five pounds, I'm sick, and I haven't been to the gym for a week and a half. Kick me and I'll kick you back.

And I'm going to try and go to the gym in a few days... even if I only get on the bike... just to get started again.

I've pledged to drink 48oz of pure water (so tea, pop, soup, etc. aren't counted) per day. And I'm finding it fairly easy to keep to it, and setting up a good habit for the upcoming challenge. That party dress...we can BOTH wear it next Christmas...at the same time! 

, and get my legs, butt and arms in shape for the summer!
and have spent most of the last 3 days in my jammies watching tv and reading in between sleeping, taking medicine and drinking tea so I am feeling yuckky and blobby right now
I am starting fresh on January 2 when I am well again and up to actually cooking and exercising.
I know exactly how you feel, because I'm in the same situation. Don't fret... you'll be well soon, and getting back on track with that super-body.
