Squeak, I hear ya. I've been working out for two months and haven't lost a gol-darned pound. I'm disgusted. And I'm sure I'm eating better, too. But I think we need to track our food. We're probably eating more than we think.
Also, maybe you're doing something weird to your metabolism. You're going into "starvation mode" I think. You need to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day.

Pickering, Ruth? I thought it would be Deep River. In any case, is there any point in going on? Where do we get those little pills? And what about the pills from "On the Beach", by Nevil Shute? You know, the Final pills. Shouldn't we have those available to us? Because when I run out of water or heat or something and I'm cold and miserable, life cannot go on.

Squeak, I fell asleep cuddled up with my kids. :D My DH decided not to wake us, and went to sleep in my DS's bed. I had a TERRIBLE sleep! One pushing me off the bed, the other pulling the blankets off me, one with his elbow up my nose, the other with her hair in my mouth...
So I got up and couldn't get back to sleep. Made coffee, stayed up until 6, and then fell asleep on the couch in the TV room and FROZE to death! :lol:

Don't you LOVE falling asleep with your kids? I always fell asleep reading to mine, (before they did!) but not before I started to garble the words... (which they loved!)

Yes, I love it, Kat. :) They smell and look so sweet when they're sleeping. This probably sounds weird, but I like the idea of some cultures of having the entire family sleeping together. I'd have a big room with a huge mattress on the floor and everyone cuddled up together. Of course, I'd also have my own bedroom for when I needed to be ALONE!! :lol:
