Yeah! I lost somewhere between 2 and 3 pounds this last week, for a total of 6-7 pounds. (236 down to 229-230.) Since I have a really old scale, I don't get an exact reading. But, the key is that it's going down, and I feel pretty good in the process. I hope everyone else is having success. Peace, Mox

There is no food in my house since I haven't had time to do a proper grocery shop since I got back from holidays. There is some snacky stuff and dried goods but no fresh fruit and vegs.
I am sitting down tonight with my SS book and making a list of yummy healthy food for this weekend's grocery trip! I just had to put that in writing for myself so I would have to actually do it- this forum is making me accountable for my actions

UGH! Still 138.6 AGAIN this week! Any ideas to kick this plataue Girls? I have started running too this week & still no change! I am thinking the only way I am going to shake those last 3.4 pounds to hit goal is to cut off a leg!
Well I am still at 160. I think I was actually down to 158, but work is a nightmare and I have had fries 4 times in the last 3 days. I am really going to try this week to be good.
Can't believe it but I stayed the same! WOW, felt sure that I would have gained. Weighed in on 8-21-02, Tuesday, forget to get on the scale on Monday and was still the same. Good. Now on to the challenge...nine more pounds to go before the 15th? May not make it but will die trying...well maybe that is a little extreme, I'll rephrase that, may not make it but will give up at least one dessert per day...I think I need to find the gray area!

Geez, I pledged 7 lbs! Gained back the 1.4lb loss I posted, so I'm back at square one with....let's see......22 days to go, not counting today. So I have to lose 1/3 of a pound each day. Better get off my butt and start
grr. I am still at 160. I shouldn't be surprised. Chicken fingers was one of the major food groups this week. I am so aggrivated though. I found where I wrote down what I was when I actually started this "I need to lose weight" thing. I am up 3! GRRRRRR.

Down .5 this week. Damned peanut butter... I threw what was left away and did NOT add it to my grocery list... But, still, I'll take the .5 happily since it puts me at my lowest weight on *this* journey (and my last).
