July exercise thread

  • ok - starting off today!

    1 hour walking
    30 minutes on exercise bike
  • 60 min dodgeball (for real summer camp )
    30 min physio
  • 30 min physio
    45 min strength

  • I'm rockin' yoga, biking, and running at the moment but I just changed my mind. I want Jandaman's schedule. Daily dodgeball tourneys!!

  • duuuude. dodgeball rocked! unfortunately summer camp (natural environment for this sport) is over and back to 30day shred, swimming and walking. wanna play, tho. fo shizzle (yeah- i know how old that one is-am kinda a linguisitc lamester )

    July 30 - walking 90 minutes
    July 31 walking 45 minutes
