July exercise thread
ok - starting off today!
1 hour walking 30 minutes on exercise bike |
60 min dodgeball (for real summer camp :) )
30 min physio |

I'm rockin' yoga, biking, and running at the moment but I just changed my mind. I want Jandaman's schedule. Daily dodgeball tourneys!!

duuuude. dodgeball rocked! unfortunately summer camp (natural environment for this sport) is over and back to 30day shred, swimming and walking. wanna play, tho. fo shizzle (yeah- i know how old that one is-am kinda a linguisitc lamester :) )
