I'm rockin' yoga, biking, and running at the moment but I just changed my mind. I want Jandaman's schedule. Daily dodgeball tourneys!!

duuuude. dodgeball rocked! unfortunately summer camp (natural environment for this sport) is over and back to 30day shred, swimming and walking. wanna play, tho. fo shizzle (yeah- i know how old that one is-am kinda a linguisitc lamester :) )

July 25 - 30 minutes wiifit
July 26 - rest day

July 27 - walking 60 minutes
July 28 - walking 30 minutes, 20 minutes bike
July 29 - wlking 20 minutes, 20 minutes bike
July 30 - walking 90 minutes
July 31 walking 45 minutes
