No Tricks for April Alternachicks Exercise Thread
Welcome again ladies to another installment of our wonderful exercise thread. I am very proud to have a dedicated group of girls who take their health seriously, but with a fun twist.
Our current total is 20163, but this month I want to set the bar a little higher. The new goal is 30163 which means we all will have to work our butts off to 10000 minutes! Have tons of fun ladies! :carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot: |

didn't do anything today- really sore from the last two work outs, giving it a rest. I'm going to set my goal at 1100 this time around. Lets see what I can do?!!?

Velveteen, you won't be a tortoise! Anything is better than nothing. I didn't even meet my goal last month, but it kept me motivated. :)
