    How many times do I have to run away and come back before your shoot me?

    I am back.... for those who remember me for those who don't "Hi" Will post an update soon but good grief it has been a while life has been too much of challenge to give or get support but I think now maybe- just maybe I need to take some time for me.... and maybe help someone along the way.
