Default 55, basically the same weight for 20 years

Hi, everyone!

I had this account many years ago so that now the littlest "tot" (per my username) is almost 17, LOL.

So...I've been between 180 and 210 since my 20-year-old was born. I lost a bunch of weight a few years ago - I weighed 150 and I thought I looked amazing.

Then I decided to "intuitively eat" and I intuitively ate my way back up over about a year or so back up by 30-40 pounds.

Now I'm pretty high up there. This is so hard. It makes it harder that I am usually on an antidepressant.

Anyone else 50+ and lost a bunch of weight after years of trying? I'm going to try keto again.
