Idk if this will ever get read and maybe that doesn’t even matter. I need to get out of my own head and moving again. Demons tell me frequently it doesn’t matter, I’m too old, too far gone, too fat etc.

I’m done listening. I want to be slim enough to get down on the floor with my grandbabies and sober so I can keep up.

I plan to spend the next 365 days devoted to making me closer to my goals.

it's worth the effort - being sober & a healthy weight will keep you not dead yet for longer.

Mother Mavis - I've heard 50 is the new 30. I do intentional exercise far more now than I did in my youth and it feels great to stay strong!

I'm also 50-something and we are worth it! Wishing you a healthier 2023!
