Just for Today

  • Since I am good when I stay in the moment I will be making "Just For Today" mini goals. I have a tendency to do well with vitamins/supplements , drinking water, eating clean and moving and then just slowly stopping it all and not even realizing. Before I know it weeks go by and I haven't done any of it.
    Today's goals:
    FOOD/HEALTH
    1. Go to the store to get clean food in house.
    2. Decide what supplements and/vitamins I want to take and set them up for the week
    3. Fill up my water pitcher and drink more water
    4. Eat clean today
    ACTIVITY
    1. Run errands
    2. Make a plan of projects to tackle and pick one to start today
