Default 16 years now....seriously?

I just logged back on, and then I see I first registered 16 years ago? Seriously? This never ends, does it.

I was away this weekend on a trip with a bunch of ladies, every photo of me looks heavy and bloated, and that made me very sad. I don't feel that way, but I do now look that way once again.

So I think it's time to find a place to be comfortable and chat and get it off my chest with other like-minded people.

My profile pic has been updated, my weight has been updated. Here I am again.

Oh, and my Fitbit is charged, and I went on a walk today. Phew!

Alright Yoyo is the right name for our problem. Glad you woke up and are determining to make a difference. Hope the walking can continue. Good luck.

I'm higher than I've ever been and at Doctor this week I was shocked into doing something more about it. Day 5 of eating reasonably low amount and determined to really do something about it. I also dread seeing pictures and try to hide behind someone when group is taken - but am short and have even hid, and stuck my smiling face out. At least the extra weight is less noticeable that way.

Also walked this week, but waited to late today because the heat is intense. DO have membership at Gym. Also wear pedometer.

Hello, you sound like me. I am 5'8.5 , and weigh currently 186 Lbs. I too am struggling in getting down to about 150 Lbs. It is not easy. I have gone from, believe it or not , 245 Lbs to 175, then gained weight and was at 201, now down to 186. I hate the yo-yo struggle. It feels so good to drop weight, and keep it down. I hate it when the PMS comes along, as I am now too old for my Yasmin rx , for hormone therapy. So now i am using progestin only female hormone and that isn't quite as strong as the Yasmin for preventing PMS. But the exercise and eating right is a good start. Support groups, or 1 to 1 therapy w/ nutritionist is also very helpful, in addition to a behavioral support therapist too. These are little luxuries but they really do make The World of a Difference in Weight Loss and for me in feeling better about who I am and feeling healthier and have more energy to go to work every day too.
