I was worried this week because it seems like I go down a little and then stop and then down a little and stop. However, the scale went down 2 weeks in a row, so I am happy.

GREAT JOB Renee!!!!! That is terrific. Keep it up and you will reach your goal before you know it. Then you can look in the mirror and see a thin and trim new lady who has finally come out of hiding from that cocoon. Yippee!!!

2/1 = 217.3 = -5.8
2/15 = 216.9 Holding pattern at -6.2
2/22 = 216.8 At least it moved down!
3/1 = 216.7 Starting a new month with another budge down = -6.3
3/8 = 216.6 Another 10th = -6.4
3/16 = 216.5 Still moving in the right direction = -6.5

Yeah AAD!!! Those numbers displaying a loss are getting bigger all the time, while you are getting smaller. Good job!!! Keep at it.

I was taught to eat quickly and it is a habit that is hard to break. However, I think it is very important to eat food much slower. This article just reminded me that I need to start thinking about eating slow again. ;)

Today's weigh-in shows .....that I stayed the same this week. No weight loss or gain. Some my body must be stabilizing for now. I hope to make some positive progress this upcoming week. Maybe there will be a few others this week who will be more fortunate.

Spring has finally arrived, though they are calling for more snow on Tuesday!
