Default Here to learn!

I am here to learn from others and hopefully I will help someone on the way. I started weight watchers in Feb. and I'm down 22 lbs...I love the new point plus program because I love fruit & vegetable. F & V are free so no points. But, somedays you just want to throw it all out the window and eat everything in site. Then you feel terrible about yourself. I need to focus more and the big picture of being healthy.

notperfect - to 3FC, especially our little corner of the site. For support and friendship, why not check out the Golden Girls' thread? The members there are great about encouraging each other, and I think you would like it.

Congratulations Not Perfect,
You are doing awesome. I am new to WW...started Mother's Day Weekend...it's been almost ten weeks and I am just starting to feel that "stick with it" difficulty. Most of the time I absolutely love the plan and the meetings keep me motivated, but this week I am feeling a little over it...hence, I am here looking for motivation as well! I know I already am feeling better and what loss I have had has helped me with physical issues already....I am thinking I need a kick in the "you know what" this week though! But so far so good...hope you are doing well!

Hi, Notperfect. We all should have that same name!

I'm not on WW, but am cutting portions, cutting carbs - sugar - fat, and eating sensibly, which is essentially what WW does. I also eat as much as I want in the veggie - fruit department as I want. I think the urge to eat everything in sight diminishes with time and with success - I know it's a lot easier to stay OP now than it was in January when I started. Keep up the great work.
