I need to ge back on track!

I have to confess that since the middle of August I haven't been weighing/measuring my food, or sticking to any basic principles. I blame it on the fact that coming home from holidays to 24 inches of water in our basement, led me on a different path. So really havent been in the frame of mind to think and do things for me, just been busy cleaning out and drying out the basement.
BUT......that is almost at the fun stage of rebuilding, so time to get back on track, the good news is that I havent gained any weight back, and so can hope that once I start counting calories again, the weight will start to fall again.
I love reading the posts and get immense encouragement to keep going, seeing other people succeed and sharing their thoughts on the same journey.
