All of you ladies are awesome! Boy, I know how it is to go grocery shopping when I am hungry. And don't even mention Halloween candy.
I'm only 1.5 weeks in here, and not enough posts yet, to get a weight-loss tracker, so even though I'm weighing weekly at home (4 pounds down!), I thought I'd post my mini goal here is to get through the "newbie" period, so I can get my weight-loss ticker on this blog.
I am hungry a lot these days, whether it's literally because my body is adjusting to fewer calories and not the bad calories it was used to, and because I think it's kind of psychological. You know, getting used to feeing "deprived." So I'm thrilled I've lopped off almost 10 days of not blowing my diet. And yes, I'm going to use the word "diet." I said in another thread, it is too overwhelming for me to say I'm on a "lifestyle change." Besides, this blog IS titled "3FatChicksonaDiet," right?

There hasn't been too much movement on the scale lately. Then I recalled that within the last 3 months I have:[LIST][*]Spent a week in Maine playing with grandkids & eating.[*]Spent a week in California playing with grandkids and eating.[*]Gone to 2 big weddings.[*]Had Halloween.[*]Had Thanksgiving.[*]Managed to still loose 1.5 lbs.
I am thrilled!
