Stay with it!
This is the third week with no loss......aarrgghhh!
But, if I wasn't doing this WOE I would be gaining.
I'm not giving up. I will get healthy!!!
Today I resolve to stay under 1800 calories. I have been thinking about snacking all afternoon. Luckily there is nothing to eat at work and then I am going to the Y for at least an hour, maybe two. But then I have to be really, really focused else WHAMMO--another day shot!
