American Thanksgiving Challenge

Exercise: Exercise as per Accountability Thread + I will try to get in some kind of exercise on my Rest/Weigh In Day (1 point)
Water: 6 Glasses (1 point)
Food Goal: 1200-1400 calories (1 point)
Fibre: 20-25 grams (1 point)
Fat: 25% or less (1 point)

Total of 5 points possible each day.

Week 1: Beginning Weight 146 pounds~29 Points
Week 2: Beginning Weight 144.5 pounds~28 points
Week 3: Beginning Weight 144 pounds~24 points
Week 4: Beginning Weight 142.5 pounds~20 points
