Default yuck diet

I am maggio,51 year old female attempting to loose 40 pounds. I am in my second week of slim 4 life. I don't know what to eat anymore. I don't really like fish, and I am sick of chicken. I am also having a hard time getting 4 vegetables in everyday. Why can't you eat carrots? Does anyone know if you cheat and have like a sugar free pudding how much does it hurt? So far I have lost about 3 pounds it seems to kind of fluctuate,it is a little discouraging

Hi there MAGGIO . . . to the Age 50+ Forum . . . this is a great place for lots of encouragement and ongoing support from others in your same age group, but I'm not too sure if anyone else in this group is doing the same plan as you are.

I noticed you finally found your way over to the latest Slim 4 Life thread in General Diet Plans so hopefully you'll find some answers over there.

Hope we'll be seeing you around here from time to time as well.
