Default Crack the Fat Code

A week ago, I read about Wendy Chant's book, titled above, in Women's World. I live in an isolated area so downloaded the book. On Monday, I started the 1 week intro. It is Thursday and I have lost about 2.5 lbs. I am not hungry and seem to be doing quite well. This book is great! Has anyone else tried the diet and read the book? Very interested in replies and tips.
