Meowee found me over on the introductory forum and gently guided me here. I'm going to look around for a while and then will likely join in.
I'm 51 yrs old and have fought the battle of the bulge all my life. My health is being compromised because of my weight and I pretty much know what I need to do to get back on track with my eating, but I really need some support and so I'm here.
