School has started and my schedule is hectic, so this will help me stay on track!
I am tracking weight/exercise/water/and challenges that I overcome each day!

9/1
9/2
9/3
9/4
9/5
9/6
9/7-195***30 minutes walking***6cups***I made patty melt burgers for the guys and I had mine without the grilled bread. It was good with grilled peppers and onions.
9/8***195.5 oops***30 minutes swimming, 20 minutes walking the dog***8 cups***I am finding ways to make sure I drink all my water, even though I am in the classroom all day; two cups before I go to work. A water bottle with 16 oz. in class, two cups when I get home, two before I go to bed.
9/9-194***45 minutes walking***8 cups***I made myself stop at a couple of handfuls of tropical trail mix; it was tasting mighty good!
9/10-194***no exercise today***6 cups***kale with italian sausage is a good standin for pasta; it is good to find tasty, satisfying substitutions for favorite, non-diet foods.
9/11-194***no exercise***4 cups***I chose to eat pizza instead of cake for my son's birthday. I fill up on salad before I ate pizza so I wasn't so hungry.
9/12-195***45 minutes walking***6 cups***I ate the topping but not the crust of the leftover pizza.
9/13-196***walking around at the fair, we parked about a mile away***4 cups***I split a small funnel cake with my husband rather than eat the whole thing.
9/14-196***worked in my garden all morning***10 cups***I drank lots of water today. My rings were tight this morning but lately they have been almost falling off. I need to drink more water.
9/14

Default Happy Monday Everyone

Good Morning

My little 2-3 yr olds Sunday School Class almost got the best of me yesterday. Instead of 4 little boys, I had 3 boys and 3 girls. They were all very sweet and obviously high on sugar cereal. I must have sweated off a pound easily. I was exhausted by church time. I had taken Legos in for them to play with after our lesson, and that was a big mistake. They are not old enough for Legos.

If anyone has suggestions for how to keep little ones occupied for approximately 30 minutes during the Sunday School hour, please let me know. I would really appreciate any suggestions.

WWs weigh-in is tomorrow night. I would love to see another big loss, but I'm just not feeling it yet.

Have a great day everyone

BOBBOLINK

Thanks

I love Playdoh and they do too. They would play with it every week if I let them. I love the scavenger hunt idea. They would really enjoy that and I can just picture the hiding places already.

I loved your "Ask them what's the best thing that happened to you this week". I can only imagine the answers.

I will be heading out on Sunday morning with a renewed faith and a bag of goodies.......

WWs weigh-in is tonight. I will let ya know tomorrow how I did.....

In His Hands,

TACKLENURSE
