Each day during the month, the Age 50+ ladies are invited to add to their original message (using the "edit" button) by updating information about actions they have taken toward meeting their goal of losing/maintaining weight.

    There is no single format - feel free to be creative. If you miss days/weeks - NO problem - just stop back when you can. The winners on this thread are all of us who continue to work toward being accountable for our actions!
  • Okay . . . here we go again . . . . . . and here's my spot for September. Format will be the same as in August and, boy oh boy, do I ever need to focus on eliminating those little (and sometimes not so little) Treats and Triggers from my life. August was not one of my better months. Looks like I'll be starting September exactly where I finished July.

  • I've regained 26 pounds of what I had lost and am totally disgusted with myself. My goal's to control the nighttime bingeing and start back getting some regular exercise. I've turned into a vegetable, working way too many hours then plopping on my butt and eating when I'm home. It's time to get back on track and become accountable to and for myself.

  • I would like to join in on this although it is the third of September already and I don't have nearly the organization/plan that you all have. I just want to report a 20 pound weight loss since the end of June (for which I am really proud) but I'm at a plateau now ... haven't lost anything in over two weeks. So I am joining this group to see if this helps ... and starting a blog (which I've never done before and don't know if I'll like that). I try not to weigh daily looking for any sign of change but I'll report when I finally shake things up a little more. I am trying for a 10 pound goal rather than the 50 I have before me ... so maybe I can do that in September (wishful thinking but it's worth trying).
