Default dailey weigh in

Will have to repost June weight in info.

When I got on the scales this morning, it read 179.6 down from 183.4 I still cannot believe it. It has been so hot and humid here in southeast ohio that I do not feel like eating, Salad usually for lunch.

Great job! I guess it's the one thing the hot/humid days are good for... we are supposed to have 100 today in Va. with heat index of 110 or something crazy. My AC cannot keep up!
