Well I lost 2.4 lbs. Molly(my dog) actually knows now when were going for our walk and starts dancing at the door. Why cant i see the mile walk as being that exciting. But Were both doing well with the WW. Its the first time iv stuck with a weight loss program past the first meeting. Till next time.....
