goat cheese
soy based "sausage"
cooked mushed up eggplant with garlic
jalapeno
mozzarella
parmesan
Before baking. Vegetable toppings are under the cheese so it's hard to see them all.
My pizzas are not greasy or salty. I go light on the cheese. Not every bite needs to be full of cheese.
p.s. a slice for breakfast keeps the hyenas away.

- particularly with a ww crust, which is hard for me to knead sufficiently.
