Well, I am back from 24 hours of eating all kinds of stuff - some good, but most bad

. I pretty much planned to just go with the flow. What really impresses me is that I ate more bad stuff in one day than I have the whole rest of 2007. It just served to show me how well I have done, and strangely enough, I feel motivated to get back on track right away. I didn't binge on anything, I just ate one or two of everything offered

. That was plenty, believe me. The only things that I ate that were really good and worth the price fat and calorie-wise were some really good Belgian chocolate and some Baclava. The rest of it - chili loaded with greasy meat, tamales, hot dogs, cheap sausage and cheese, brownies from a mix only served to show me that I am not missing anything at all!!!!!
