  • I'm in. No travel plans for this month so I should be able to do better.

    Starting weight - 182.2

    Goals - Visit the 170's that haven't been seen since the mid 1970's. Exercise 3x a week, average about 1400 calories a day excluding Saturdays. That's my one day a week to eat what I want within reason.

  • I'm back and I am getting a late start on the monthly challenge. But will just start today and go from here.
    : May have to do some of this...
    11-11 1245 calories - walking the mall, about 2 miles
    11-12 1225 calories - no exercise today!
    11-13 1312 calories - walked 3 miles
    11/14 1090 calories - walked 3 miles
    weighed in tonight with a gain. Wasn't surprised...has been 3 weeks and I have binged until this week.
    11/15 1400 calories - walked 2 1/2 miles plus all around the SAM's store. I'm cooking for Thanksgiving, so can cut some calories. So that will help.
    11-16 1400 calories - walked 3 miles
    11-17 1000 calories -no exercise. not feeling well.
    11-18 1129 calories - no exercise
    11-19 1085 calories - no exercise
    11-20 Probably 2000 - no exercise!
    I went to lunch (Mexican Food) with grandson
    Breakfast and dinner were okay, but lunch
    was a dissaster! But I enjoyed it!

  • I still can't find my monthly stats for this
    I don't know where my monthly stats went for this. I thought I would join in on the November Challenge.

    My routine was predictable:

    Each week I averaged 38 exercise points (can only count 28 towards food plan)

    I will only finish out this month with 28 exercise points this week because I decided to focus on decorating for Christmas.

    My weight lose has remained the same throughout. I am not sure if it is a plateau or not but I measured my waist last week and I have lost 4 inches which puts me "just under" the .8 waist to hip ratio. Woo Hoo!!
