One small step at a time
I have finally decided to stop THINKING about getting back into shape and actually START getting back into shape.
I have quite a sedentary job as a medical transcriptionist, so I know the weight will be slow to come off.
I have started a 15 minute per day exercise program on the treadmill and glider to start with. Hopefully will increase the time as the weight starts to come down.
