Hi everyone, I am new to the boards! I just joined the medical weight loss clinic yesterday and am starting the plan 2morrow. I thought it would be great to start a "support thread" type thing for it....anyone interested?

If anyone knows of anyone/has had success with it, please let me know! I could use all the encouragement I could get Thanks!

Not trying to chase you away, my dear . . . but thought you might have just wandered into this area full of old hens over age 50 by accident. Wherever you decide to start posting I'm sure you will love all the support around 3FC. You have a great moving and shaking kind of evening . . .

Thanks for the tip, sorry for some reason i thought this was the "50+" thread as in...fifty or more pounds to loose.
