MyNetDiary I'm not a miracle worker, Jim!
I use MyNetDiary, which I love. I like it more than Myfitnesspal, because it's easier to track nutrition and easier to enter food. (There's some things I like better about MFP like switching between meals when entering food on the app.)
MND gives me counseling about my intake. "Deb," it tells me, "Deb, you're not getting enough calcium! Go eat cheese! Do it now before your bones crumble to dust."
So I run off and drink milk or eat cheese.
MND screams, "Deb! The cholesterol! The saturated fat! You're about to have a heart attack (if you're lucky and a stroke doesn't get you first!)"By the way Deb, the calcium in leafy green vegetables isn't bio-available.
So, clearly it is impossible to actually balance cholesterol and calcium.
Is the answer just not to track calcium?
