Good morning. Been reading posts on this forum for a while and decided to break out of my shell and join the fun. I'm 59 and last year was shocked when I found out that I weighed 272 lbs. My jaw dropped for sure. But that kicked me into gear and I researched how to start to lose some of that weight. It's been about 14 months and today I saw 225 on the scale and was thrilled. I guess that's about it. I'm generally on the quiet side but felt compelled to share with people in similar situations. Thanks for reading.
