Ok, I'm having the same dinner as Lisa (izzywas) because she is the one who plans and cooks dinner. A round of applause for Lisa keeping me on track with healthy dinners!
Breakfast: wheat tortilla, one egg scrambled, and a wedge of laughing cow garlic and herb light creamy cheese. 5 points, and not too bad for taste (I wasn't sure how it would be!)
Lunch: Subway with Lisa
6inch wheat steak and cheese, a few of Lisa's chips, and light lemonade- 8 points total. No, I didn't count the chips. Somebody scold me. I only had three or four...
I just had a sugar free jello cup with ff coolwhip- ZERO point snack, yay.
I have 15 points for dinner, and I don't know how many I'll use at dinner, so maybe I'll have to get creative later for a snack...
Oh, and I'm doing great on the water today!!! And going swimming tonight with my little man and Lisa...
