Talking Hi Im new:)
Hi there!
Iam a 28 yr old from BC Canada, who is looking for some encouragement for weight loss...the lbs have crept on since marriage and a baby, and Im trying to get back in shape.
I have tried out several diffferent "diets", read all the fitness and eating books out there, and work out regularly, I love to play all kinds of sports, but can't get my eating under control....sweets are my downfall!!
The last couple of days have been horrible
But God is my strength and I will "Begin Again" (im currently doing a First Place devotional bible study) tomorrow....
I'm glad to see a forum with people who love God!
