Default Weekly Weigh In...2005!

Continuing on our weekly weigh-in thread. Jump in with whatever measure of accountability fits your plan- scale, inches, body fat % etc. Our goal for the group is to lose at least 300 pounds this year. Post it here or on the threads. Your choice!

I have a mini goal of 40 lbs before my parents get here May 15 (that is my starting 327-40=287)

I want to be involved with the weekly weigh in. I may have to start next week though since my new scale isn't willing to weigh my robust self just yet. I'm using an old scale that I know is off, but it's all I've got right now. So, when I can use the new one, I'll figure my beginning weight (approx) and I'll be back!

i'd like to do the weekly weigh in. i am on the path to losing weight but have struggled with these last 20 lbs. my current weight is 136. that is down from my highest of 155 (that's way too much for my 5'3" small frame!). i was once down to 125 (close to goal!) but gained much of it back. so, right now, 136 and counting down!

I was raised with the idea that if I could be made to be ashamed of my weight, I would stick to a diet and lose it. It's taking me a lot of courage to do this, but I'm ready to give up the shame:

Just got back from my first Y workout of the year. Even after our last Holiday dinner at Auntie's last night....

Still 314!

I am finally at the lowest weight since I got married 9 yrs ago. There may be light at the end of this tunnel yet!

Now my mini goal is to get below 300. Let's see......by the end of the month? Difficult but not impossible. especially since all the holiday temptations are 'OUT OF HERE'!!

1st Jan 2004 - 380.3 lbs
1st Nov - 345.9 lbs (just before I joined 3fc)
20th Dec - 338.6 lbs
4th Jan - 340.6 lbs (up 2 lbs must have been the chocolate on New Years Eve!)
well this is my starting point for the year, and I lost not quite 40 lbs last year, so I am not complaining too much. This year is going to be even better!!!!

Well .. I am not willing to post my weight since I still out weigh everyone here. LOL
But I am willing to record my losses here... because I have EVERY INTENTION to lose this weight in 2005.

Total weight loss for 2004 ..... -30 lbs
Total weight loss for 2005 .....
Jan 17th .... to be announced.
