Ok, so it's a new week -- how'd everybody do last week? So far I'm down 2 pounds to 223 (YTD total of 61,) but I normally post my official weigh-in mid-week, so I'll post again later whether there's a change or not.
I have a feeling that we're going to have a great week, you guys -- I'm feeling it!
You are doing great Sarah. I don’t weigh in until Thursday but I doubt I lose this week. I had my treat night Friday and then ended up eating way too much Saturday night. I don’t know why I do this to myself but I know doing stuff like this is happening less and less. I also have no problem putting it behind me and getting back on plan. So who knows sometimes I do stuff like this and I have still have a good loss.

I lost two pounds making a total of 8 so far.
I'm really pleased and can't wait to hear how everyone else is doing.
The scale called to me this morning so I went ahead and obliged it and broke my lose/gain pattern and lost .5 pounds this week. woohoo. that's now a total of 32 YTD. (still 1 more pound to go though until I'm back in VFT)
Well, I broke my pact not to weigh in till Friday and stepped on the scales today - no change as yet, but i've still got 2 days till my official weigh in!
My scale says I'm the same, yahoo!! I had been very very bad this weekend, we are talking tempura, lots of iced coffee's, and I shall stop before I start to drool.. heh. Either way, it's GOOD news that I've maintained, now if I can just get rid of my guests I will be good to go! Good job everyone .. you big LOSERS! heh.. I love that.
As promised, I'm back with an update; TOM is still here, amazingly , and I'm still seeing 223 or 224 on the scale, so I'm holding with the 2 pound loss for last week. I got my Walking Away the Pounds DVD's last night (with more on the way) and I did my first mile last night, and second this morning! I like it! I'm going to do one or two more miles tonight after work, and continue to do it before work each morning. Good stuff!
I was totally shocked to have lost 2 lbs. this week. That's a big deal for me.
Bodies are mysterious things. I didn't work out as heavily as I usually do (my gym is closed for maintenance), and felt like I ate more, yet I lost more. I'm wondering if perhaps I'm not eating enough when I do work out a lot.
Did the 2 mile "brisk" walk Leslie tape yesterday and enjoyed it.
Interesting, Sheila -- I've been wondering the same thing. Hey I'm doing that walk tonight, I've done the one mile walk 4 times since night before last, but tonight will be the first 2-mile stretch....
Howie, it's probably just water......I'm sure you'll make up for it this weekend! Nice seeing you, however briefly! I've been wondering how it went.....
