i never knew how much carbs were in processed fooods until i started low carbing. i love pickles and never thought of bread and butter pickles haveing carbs. i am using alot of bacon and yes i know that bacon has a lot of fat thought i do not belive it has any carbs. most processed luncheon meat have carbs. most processed rice ,prepared meals in a box have so much sodium and carbs. i never thought canned soups were packed with alot of caRBS. I DO EAT ALOT OF steaks ,chicken,eggs and bacon in my atkins diet. i do have a salad e very day with my vegs carbs . i think that i am handling it okay. right now i want to make dishes but i hate to make something and then find out if i eat it i am going to get sick. alot of things that i have tried i do not like. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU make that you could not make it through the day that you like to eat while low carbing? sue
