Vivvian, thanks for mention the log. I started to do it today , and it was a great day. I used fitday, but a piece of paper might be easier. Still, it does show the remaining number of calories available - which is enlightening.

OK what is this onderland stuff? Great day today, and got on the bike for 15 minutes, even though exhausted. DH had me up at 3:30, 430 , 4:30, 5:30, his foot hurting. He couldn't put pressure on it without pain. We were set to see doc wed, but the pain has lessened and now he won't go. Hope it was something simple.
So I got on bike and did some home physical therapy. The bike has those moving arms that do the upper body. I really felt like it loosened me up. I'm getting so stiff.
I knew that getting honest with my food , to you guys , would help. I just want to be shouting WINNING AGAIN. Have a great Wed - and I see the links to the new forums.tks for those.
