Just tried this for the first time. Used almond milk. It wasn't very sweet so next time I might do 1/2 milk and 1/2 syrup. Or add some vanilla. I think this will be good for chocolate cravings.
Just wanted to add that I did *like* this chocolate recipe.
I made a modification of completely removing the chocolate and adding two TBS of pure PUMPKIN PUREE, cinnamon (only pumpkin pie type of spice on hand) and cooked in microwave for 3 minutes.
Freakin AWESOME!
Just remember that the pumpkin puree isn't allowed on Phase 1, so that would have to be a Phase 2 treat.
