I wonder if you could use NSA Nesquick or NSA Cocoa? I'd consider subbing Pumpkin or greek yogurt for the Smart balance

Just tried this for the first time. Used almond milk. It wasn't very sweet so next time I might do 1/2 milk and 1/2 syrup. Or add some vanilla. I think this will be good for chocolate cravings.

I love this recipe. I always use milk rather than SF syrup, and mix very well. YUM!
