It is nice to see such positive feedback on the forum.

Today is day 1 of my IP reboot with alternatives and IP products. I did the plan in 2013 with a lot of success. Then I got lazy/started traveling for work and slipped! I'm excited to be back and look forward to the support and ideas on the forum. Keep up the good work everyone!

Hi Everyone!! I haven't been on here in such a long time! Happy to read everyones positive posts again. I am still on track and although I did indulge some over Christmas, still managed to lose 1.8 pounds!! NSV, I fit into my New years eve dress that I have been waiting to wear for a long time. Felt like a million bucks. Back on track today 100% and feeling great. Happy I've found my way back here again.

Wow cant believe its afternoon already LOL...I was so busy at work today and never got back to post.

Got my first set of chips from Nausha today. Was looking for some unrestricted crunchy snacks....hope I like some of them LOL... I did find the quest chips today at GNC when I went to get my suppliments. Was running out and my clinic has not had the Omega 3's. So tried the Chedder chips and they are ok. Something with a bit of crunch to go with my salad!

Wow! Now THIS is the daily chat I remember!!!

Welcome back all my "old" buddies!! (two more I want to drag back to the fold and then I think the "gang" will all be here!)

I'm on day 5 of my reboot and the energy is BACK!!! (I couldn't figure out why at first and then I came here to read, and viola! It is IP!!!)

Congrats to all for the WIs today
I just love IP.
I also joined the Diet Better Jan 1-June 30 "transformer". Since I don't have a coach, I needed something to make me uber accountable. Having to face someone for WIs kept me 100%. I'm gonna use Diet Better for that purpose, plus I'll get my $$ back (plus some) instead of paying a coach out the wazoo.

Now you are all making me wonder about Criminal Minds - I will have to youtube search for what you are talking about. I don't have TV. Just get DVD's out of the library and watch stuff on the computer once in a while.

As one shortie to another, it might be helpful to not think of it as I have X pounds to go but rather break it into segments. If I had thought at the beginning "I have to lose 125 pounds" I would have given up immediately! Instead I broke it up into smaller, sometimes silly goals with no timeline attached. I wanted to weigh less than my drivers license said, then I shot for weighing less than my husband, etc., etc. You get the idea.

The most important thing is to remember that staying OP is a day to day, sometimes minute to minute deal. Everyday you stay OP is a victory and you should be proud of yourself.
Ruth- GREAT advice as always!! I've been following it, Thank you!!
