Here are the rules : The fastest to shed 2 % of their body weight wins. To calculate 2 % just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (which ever your scale shows). Winner starts the new thread!
Yes, something is better than nothing. My weight bounces a lot... like a ball rolling to a stop, but eventually it hits the lowest level and will be done! BOOM!
