Angry

I am looking for feedback, both positive and negative, regarding Cardio Glide exercise machines. I am comptemplating purchasing one, but I want to learn more about them from real people who used them - not the salesman looking to make a commission.

Any info will be helpful!

Thanks

Hi Juliemae,

I have a cardioglide machine at home. The one I have is the Weslo Cardioglide. You do get a great workout. When I first started using it I could barely get through 10min of it. I worked up to being able to do 60min on the machine. It does build up your strength & you do lose inches. This time around I have been doing more walking than anything else but the last time I lost weight I used the cardioglide every single day. You get an all around workout & I know with my machine you can increase the resistance. My machine has 9 resistance levels. You can really grow with it.

Good luck to you......

I have a weslo cardio glide plus. I think the plus is that the handle can be changed from a push mechanism to a pull. I like it but got bored with it. It does have 9 settings to make it harder and the seat adjusts as well. It does give a good work out though. Mine also has a monitor on it to kep track of distance, time, cals and such. You will see results I believe if you stick with it. if you really want one I think it would be a good choice. Mine was about 200$ I think 4 yrs. ago when they first became so popular. Don't know what the going rate is. Good luck.
